1. Schedule a Consultation
Our journey begins with a complimentary 15-minute consultation call. This is a space to explore your needs, learn about my approach, and determine if we’re the right fit. There’s no pressure—just a conversation about what feels most important to you right now.
2. Complete the Intake Form
If we decide to move forward, you’ll complete a brief intake form to share more about your history, current challenges, and therapy goals. This helps us begin our work with clarity and intention.
3. Begin Your Sessions
Therapy is a space for you to slow down, listen inward, and engage in the deeper work of self-understanding. We’ll meet weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs, moving at a pace that feels right for you.
No referral required—just a willingness to begin.
