Yes. Confidentiality is the foundation of our work together. Therapy is a space where you can share openly, knowing that your privacy is fully protected.
Everything we discuss remains strictly confidential, except in specific legal or ethical circumstances (such as immediate safety concerns, court orders, or legal reporting obligations). These exceptions are rare, and if they ever apply, we will always discuss them together.
Your story is yours to tell—this is a space where you can be fully seen, heard, and supported.
I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, I kindly ask for at least 24-48 hours' notice to allow the time to be offered to another client.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to the full session fee. Exceptions can be made for emergencies.

I work primarily with private pay clients who value the flexibility, depth, and privacy of therapy outside of insurance constraints. However, some clients choose to submit their sessions for reimbursement or claim them as a medical expense.
