Insightful, Compassionate Therapy for Adults & Young Professionals Facing Anxiety, Burnout, & the Quiet Weight of Expectation
Have you been carrying more than anyone can see?
Maybe it’s the relentless hum of overthinking.
The quiet ache of sadness, even on the good days.
Or the exhaustion of constantly showing up, holding it all together—while feeling lost inside.
Perhaps you’ve spent years balancing who you truly are with who you’ve been expected to be—between careers, cultures, family roles, and identities.
Here, you don’t have to explain why it feels heavy.
You don’t have to prove your struggle.
This is a space to slow down.
To listen inward.
To tend to the parts of you that have been working so hard to keep going.
Together, we begin the work of untangling old patterns, releasing what no longer serves you, and stepping into the life that feels most aligned with who you truly are.
At Kaur Reflections, therapy is not just about managing symptoms—it’s about unraveling deep-rooted patterns, reclaiming your inner clarity, and stepping into the life that feels most aligned with who you are.
What I offer :
This is a space where your whole self is welcome—where science and soul, body and mind, culture and healing come together to support your transformation.
I respectfully acknowledge that the land on which I live, work, and provide care is the traditional territory of the peoples of Treaty 7, located in the heart of Southern Alberta. This sacred land is home to the Blackfoot Confederacy, including the Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai First Nations, as well as the Tsuut’ina First Nation and the Stoney Nakoda Nations of Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Good Stoney.
I also honor the Métis Nation of Alberta, particularly Districts 5 and 6, whose presence enriches the cultural and historical fabric of the City of Calgary.
In acknowledging this land, I express my gratitude for the generations of Indigenous peoples who have cared for and protected it. This is not merely a statement of recognition but a commitment to engage in meaningful action, to listen, and to contribute to the ongoing work of reconciliation and healing. Together, we share a responsibility to honor this land, its history, and the wisdom it carries, ensuring a respectful and inclusive future for all.
