Referral Criteria

Adolescents (16 years or older), young adults and adults seeking therapy.
The patient has a mental health diagnosis, or is without a formal diagnosis but is anticipated to benefit from counseling.
The patient is not currently connected to a community therapist or is on a waitlist that exceeds five weeks.
The patient does not have a diagnosis of Psychosis or has cognitive deficits that can limit their ability to engage/benefit from therapy.
