Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Appointments require advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least  48 hours before your scheduled session time.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.

Because appointments reserve dedicated time in the schedule, fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been booked, though they may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

If you arrive late for your appointment, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect other clients' appointments.

Exceptions may be considered in cases of unexpected emergencies.
