Psychotherapy in this practice offers ongoing, focused support for anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and life transitions.


This is a structured space to understand the patterns shaping your inner world — the thoughts, beliefs, emotional responses, and experiences that continue to influence how you respond to stress, relationships, and change.


Many of the people I work with appear capable and composed on the outside, while internally carrying anxiety, pressure, or self-doubt.


This work focuses on understanding those patterns and creating meaningful internal change — not simply managing symptoms, but developing greater clarity, emotional regulation, and self-trust.

Who This Work Is For

You may find this work helpful if:

  • you tend to overthink or carry constant internal pressure 
  • you appear capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally 
  • achievement has not reduced your anxiety or self-doubt 
  • you find yourself questioning your decisions or relationships

What Our Work Together Looks Like

Psychotherapy in this practice is structured, collaborative, and focused.

Sessions are centered on identifying the patterns shaping your internal experience — including beliefs, emotional responses, and protective strategies that may no longer support your well-being.


Over time, our work may focus on:


  • strengthening emotional regulation 
  • developing more clarity in decision-making 
  • understanding the roots of recurring patterns 
  • shifting self-doubt, internal pressure, and automatic reactions 
  • building a more grounded relationship with yourself 


Sessions move at a pace that respects both the depth of the work and your capacity for change.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach is shaped by over 19 years of experience in mental health care across acute, community, and emergency settings.


It is also informed by Compassionate Inquiry, a therapeutic approach that explores the deeper emotional patterns beneath anxiety, self-doubt, and protective behaviours.


Rather than remaining only at the level of discussion, we focus on the patterns that continue to influence how you think, feel, and respond.


The goal is not ongoing analysis, but meaningful and lasting change over time.
