What RTT Is

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a structured, hypnotherapy-based process designed to help you work directly with the patterns, beliefs, emotional responses, and automatic reactions that continue to shape your life.

This work is often sought by people who understand the issue intellectually, but still find themselves repeating the same pattern.

Rather than staying at the level of insight alone, RTT works more directly with the subconscious layer where many of these patterns are held.

It is not stage hypnosis. You remain aware throughout the process, and you cannot be made to do anything against your will.

Common Patterns People Bring to RTT Intensive

People often seek this work when something keeps repeating, even though they understand it and have tried to change it.

This may show up as:

  • anxiety and overthinking
  • stress eating or emotionally driven eating patterns
  • confidence and self-worth issues
  • visibility blocks or fear of speaking up
  • people-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
  • anger, reactivity, or disproportionate emotional responses
  • self-sabotage, avoidance, or patterns that keep returning

Often, the problem is not a lack of insight, willpower, or effort. The pattern is simply operating from a deeper place than logic alone can reach.

Why RTT Works Differently

Many people come to RTT after they have already done a great deal of thinking, reflecting, or trying to manage the pattern from the surface.

RTT works differently because it is designed to identify where the pattern was formed, understand the meaning that was made at the time, and update it at the level where it still lives.

The goal is not to keep analysing the pattern endlessly. The goal is to work with it more directly so it no longer runs your reactions in the same way.

This is why RTT is best suited for one clearly defined issue at a time.

What an RTT Intensive Looks Like

The RTT process is structured and focused:

1. Consultation
We begin with a brief consultation to determine whether RTT is appropriate and to clarify what you want to work on.

2. Preparation
You receive guidance to help define the pattern, issue, or outcome you want to focus on.

3. RTT Session (90–120 minutes)
A focused session using hypnosis to access the subconscious mind in a calm, attentive state.
We identify the beliefs, memories, and interpretations that shaped the pattern and begin to shift them.

4. Personalized Transformation Audio
After the session, you receive a personalised transformation recording to support reinforcement and integration.

5. Integration
You listen to the recording consistently in the days that follow so the new pattern has support to consolidate.

The session opens the door. The repetition afterwards helps the change settle.

What RTT Is Not

RTT is not ongoing psychotherapy.

It is not designed to address multiple complex issues at once, and it does not replace medical care, psychiatric care, or crisis support.

It is most effective when there is one clear pattern you are ready to work on.

This service may not be appropriate for individuals experiencing psychosis, acute mental health instability, or seizure disorders.

If broader support, or ongoing exploration is needed, psychotherapy may be the more appropriate starting point.

If you are unsure whether RTT is the right fit, a consultation can help clarify that.

Questions people ask before booking

No. RTT hypnosis is nothing like stage hypnosis. You remain fully aware throughout the

session — aware of what’s being said, what you’re experiencing, and everything that happens. You cannot be made to say or do anything against your will. Most people

describe the state as deeply relaxed and focused, similar to being absorbed in a vivid

memory.

RTT is not designed to address everything — it’s designed to work directly on one

specific pattern. Because the session accesses the subconscious roots of that pattern

rather than analyzing it from the surface, focused work can shift something meaningfully

in a single intensive. The personalized audio you receive afterward supports the change

to consolidate over the following weeks.

This is actually the most common situation for people who seek RTT. You may have

developed insight through previous therapy — and RTT can work with that. The approach

is different: rather than continuing to analyze the pattern, RTT works to update the

beliefs and meanings that are still driving it at a subconscious level.

RTT Intensive works best for one clearly defined, recurring pattern: anxiety and chronic

overthinking, addiction, self-sabotage or avoidance, confidence and self-worth issues, fear of visibility or speaking up, people-pleasing, emotionally driven eating patterns, anger or

reactive responses that feel automatic. It is not suited for multiple complex issues

simultaneously, and it is not a replacement for medical care.

The practice is based in Calgary, Alberta. RTT Intensive is available virtually to clients

anywhere in Canada and the United States — and to international clients in select

locations. In-person sessions are available for Calgary clients who prefer that.

The fee includes the initial consultation, a 90–120 minute RTT session, a personalized

transformation audio recorded specifically for your pattern and outcome, and integration

support in the days following the session. There are no additional fees. To put it in

context: $495 is roughly equivalent to 4 or more standard therapy sessions — but with a

structured, focused outcome rather than ongoing open-ended work.

The consultation is specifically designed to answer that. In a brief conversation, we’ll

clarify what you’re experiencing, what you’ve already tried, and which approach — RTT

Intensive, ongoing psychotherapy, or something else entirely — is most appropriate for

your situation. There’s no obligation, and you don’t need to prepare anything in advance.

What Clients Often Notice After Working Together

"From the very beginning I felt safe. There was no pressure to open up quickly, and I was never pushed. That made it easier to go deeper at my own pace . After the session, the memories we explored don’t feel as heavy. I feel more settled with them instead of trying to avoid them."

— A.L., 41, Melbourne

“I didn’t know what to expect, but it felt comfortable right away and actually helped me understand things differently.”

— M.R., 29, Texas
